Former President of Bosnia, Ejup the use of organic, who is wanted by Serbia, was arrested Monday in London and has appeared in court by a judge later in the day.
Officers from the London Metropolitan Police's extradition hydraulic valve unit arrested Ganic in Monday afternoon at London's Heathrow airport, Scotland Yard said. He was detained under a provisional extradition warrant for alleged "conspiracy to murder with other named people and breach of the Geneva Convention, namely killing wounded soldiers."
The British government said in a solenoid valve statement that Ganic appeared at a magistrates' court later on Monday.
The statement also said that now belongs to the Serbian authorities have demonstrated that they could give their full support to the request for issuance of documents by a date for the hearing of the issue.
Serbian Justice Minister Snezana Malovic the service request for a Britain will send on Tuesday, report Reuters.
Ejup the use of organic, 63, is chairman of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1997 to 1999 and again from 2000 to 2001. In addition, he served as Vice President within the government.
